Gwen Gaines resides in Brownwood, Texas and is the proud mother of three children. Gwen has been employed with the BHA for 19 years and currently serves as the Section 8 Supervisor overseeing the Section 8 Program.

Christy Mercer of Early, Texas joined the BHA team in March of 1992. Christy is employed with the BHA as the Managing Agent Supervisor, overseeing and performing inspections, and serves as a Public Housing Case Worker.
MARY HALES, 
PUBLIC HOUSING SUPERVISOR

Mary Hales of Brownwood, Texas has been employed with the BHA for 23 years. She currently serves as the Public Housing Supervisor. Mary oversees all AP & AR operations, performs inspections, and rents housing units to tenants.
